MUNCH & MOVE PROGRAM

Tahmoor Early Learning Centre believes in promoting healthy eating habits, and healthy living, to the children and families attending our centre. Our educators are proud role models for these healthy choices and engage in experiences with the children to educate them on the importance of good nutrition and physical activity. These include teaching the children our fundamental movement skills and healthy cooking experiences.

Our menus are created in consultation with the  nutritional guidelines and are approved by the Munch & Move team.

how to care, respect and protect our environments. We believe in sustainability practices to

be used every day including the children being responsible and working together to maintain a Sustainable environment.
